HEY! I'M JAMIE....

I'm a tradie who spent 15 years in the mining industry breaking my back for someone else's profit.

I have a beautiful wife, Julia, and a wonderful daughter, Chloe. We moved from the small mining town of Port Hedland back to our home state of South Australia, where we now live in Port Pirie.

A year ago, I had a near-death experience in Papua New Guinea that completely changed my perspective on life. I realized I couldn't spend another day being treated like just a number in the system.

I'm now building a business in the personal development space that's giving me the opportunity to create real time and financial freedom for my family. I'm still working at the lead smelter, but I'm putting in the work before and after my shifts to build something that's mine - so I can finally escape the grind for good.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:  I'd been a tradie for 15 years, working in the mining industry across different companies. The money was decent, but it never kept up with the rising cost of living - fuel, groceries, everything kept going up while wages stayed flat.

But it wasn't just the money. In those last couple of years working in Port Hedland, I started getting really frustrated with the whole mining culture. It was all about production and profit first. You were just treated like a number. You had to constantly watch your back because people were trying to backstab you to get ahead.

I was sick of it. So I applied for a supervisor position in Papua New Guinea, hoping for better pay and a fresh start.

THE DAY THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING: I took that supervisor job and flew to Papua New Guinea - six flights just to get there. I arrived in Mount Hagen with one more small flight to get to the mine site.

But the plane kept getting delayed. Day after day for three days straight, I was told to go back to the hotel and try again tomorrow. By the third day, I had this uneasy feeling in my gut that something wasn't right.

That evening, I was talking to a local at the hotel who told me the real reason for the delays. On that second day, when I would've been on site ready to catch the bus to work, that bus was ambushed and set on fire. Twenty-five workers died that day.

Something bigger than me was watching over me. I came straight back to Australia. No amount of money is worth risking your life when you have a family depending on you.

THE OPPORTUNITY THAT FOUND ME:  That experience made me take a hard look at my life and what I really wanted. 

I started diving deeper into personal development - Napoleon Hill, Jim Rohn, and especially Dr. Joe Dispenza's work on infinite possibilities. 

I began meditating daily and stopped taking a single day for granted. Every morning I watch the sunrise and feel grateful I'm here for another day.

About a year later, I moved my family back to South Australia and got a job at a lead smelter. But I knew there had to be something more - a way to create real freedom for my family.

I was searching on LinkedIn for remote consulting work when I stumbled across what I thought was a job posting. It turned out to be a business opportunity in personal development. 

I watched the presentation and it hit me like a ton of bricks - this was exactly what I needed to be doing. The universe presented me with this opportunity, and I seized it.

MY MISSION: I'm passionate about helping everyday workers like me who are sick of the grind and ready to create time and financial freedom.

I've been a tradie for 15 years, so I know what it's like to break your back for someone else's profit while being treated like just another number. But I also know this feeling isn't unique to the mines or the tools — it's the same for anyone stuck behind a desk, watching the cost of everything go up while wages stay flat, wanting more for your family but feeling trapped in the system.

That's why I'm building this. Not just for me...for everyday people exactly like me who deserve better — whether you're on the tools or behind a desk.

Over the next 5-10 years, my goal is to help 1,000 everyday workers make the shift - to give them options, to help them believe they can actually do it, and to create real time and financial freedom so they can spend more time with their families doing the things they love.
I'm in the building phase, so we can do this together.
